(In 17th century appeared in Dutch art books term stil-leven which means in literal translation “silent, static live”. This definition gave beginning for present “still life”. My installation is something like such stil-leven but with sound. I’m building something like a room of shadows (because of black shapes made by templates), but shadows which stayed after objects not made by them. These shadows have their independent being, their own live. Also sound is like reminiscence. Even that I added characteristic sounds to exactly objects, they still seem to be more like memories than useful, real objects. That’s why it is also reflection about the essence of the object. )

(Inspiration for these paintings were sticker codes which prevent before stealing. Everyone can find them for example on clothes. Because of them came in to existence series of abstract paintings (50×50). Such magnification and stencil stylistic make from them just part of uncomplicated, colorful and geometrical project.
Series of these paintings were exhibited together with ceramics made by Sylwia Chudy.)

(Idea of cooperation between me and Sylwia Chudy was born in 2005. Then we started to draw series of simultaneous drawings , on a similar format, in the same technique. We were creating in the same time, in different places, what gave our works universality, possibility of functioning in various spaces. In this way has came in to the existence group of drawings which are getting the right meaning only in a context of each other.)
